Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will assist you with the return or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection. The refund is credited to your original payment method or as store credit, per your choice.

Yes, customized/personalized products, clearance items, and products damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.

Log in to your Shopistudio account, go to “Orders,” select the product, and click “Initiate Return.” Follow the prompts to complete the process.
