Cancellation Policy – Shopistudio

At Shopistudio, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and user-friendly, ensuring clarity for all customers.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order under the following terms:

  1. Before Dispatch:
  2. You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped, through your Shopistudio account under the "Orders" section or by contacting our support team.
  3. After Dispatch:
  4. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return request after receiving the product, as per our Return Policy.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. For Prepaid Orders cancelled before shipping:
  2. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
  4. No refund is applicable since no payment was made in advance.

3. Order Cancellation by Shopistudio

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

  1. Product out of stock or discontinued
  2. Payment failure or incomplete transaction
  3. Invalid address or delivery not serviceable
  4. Any other unforeseen operational issue

In such cases:

  1. You will be notified via SMS/email or call.
  2. For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Bulk or Fraudulent Orders

Shopistudio reserves the right to cancel:

  1. Multiple orders for the same product from a single user
  2. Suspected fraudulent transactions
  3. Orders from users with history of excessive returns or cancellations
